A. Withdrawal policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following provisions; a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Andre Seitz, Heinrich-Schuetz-Allee 30, 34131 Kassel, Germany, phone: 017655413422, email: kontakt@streamping.me) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but its use is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly consented to us starting performance before the withdrawal period has expired, you have confirmed to us that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving such consent, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium summarising the contractual content including the above conditions for the early expiry of the right of withdrawal.
